The Robert Clack Alumni Association

The Robert Clack Alumni Association was founded in 2010, when over 20 former students, led by Ian Pittaway, came together to explore the idea of forming a dedicated alumni network. The group’s inaugural dinner marked a significant milestone, with renowned singer and former student Sandie Shaw in attendance.

Sandie, best known for her remarkable music career and for winning the Eurovision Song Contest in 1967 with “Puppet on a String,” graciously agreed to become our Patron. In recognition of her contributions to music, she was awarded an MBE in 2017.

Our mission: To promote the school ethos and give the next generation of students a ‘helping hand’ ensuring that potential and not background determines their future.

We will achieve this through encouraging alumni to participate actively in the Robert Clack community, sharing their skills and experiences to inspire and create opportunities for current students.

As a former Robert Clack student you will always be a special part of our history. By signing up to the Robert Clack Alumni Association you can be an important part of our future too.
